Standard items ship within 3-5 business days. For oversized items like bicycles or heavy gym equipment, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide, though we recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy for used sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on protective gear like helmets or pads if the tags have been removed or if they show signs of wear.
Do you offer warranties on high-performance parts?
Yes, all our premium components and frames come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. My Ride also offers an extended 1-year store warranty on assembly and workmanship for all complete builds purchased through our site.
